The Mexican Consulate in collaboration with the Oregon Mexican Restaurant Association (MERA) will hold the event Sabor a Mexico (Taste of Mexico) a fun and delicious fundraising event in support of the Institute for Mexicans Abroad’s fellowship program IME BECAS (www.imebecas.org ).
